Graduated in Industrial Automation Engineering from the University of Siena, in 2019 I completed an International Master in Business Administration at Luiss Business School in Rome (AMBA accredited).
My professional career began at Tesar Italy in 2007, first as a Project Manager for new investment and technologies, then, in 2012 as Managing Director of Tesar Polska in Poland, where I moved to live for five years with my entire family. There I directed the project of erection of a new factory from scratch and the entire set up of the operations. In 2017, R&S Group propose me to return to Italy for taking over the position of Managing Director at Tesar Italy.
