DICEC’S ON-SITE FACILITIES

Banks
Emirates NBD facilities are located within the venue. Opening hours are 08:00am - 01:00pm daily except Fridays. ATM machines can be found on Concourses 1 and 2.

Business Bureau
Business services are available from Spectrum Printing Press, located outside Hall 3. Spectrum produces high quality, cost effective materials from large format printing solutions like roll-up banners and pop up displays to business cards, brochures and flyers.

Dining Facilities
Light refreshments and snacks are available at the restaurants located at Zabeel Hall (Zabeel Bistro & Zabeel Café), Sheikh Saeed Hall (Arena Junction), Halls 4, 6, 7 & 8. Refreshment carts serving a variety of Lebanese, Chinese and Indian food as well as sandwiches are available within the concourse.

Branded cafes and restaurants are available in the concourse. Several outlets are also available in the Plaza area and as part of the surrounding hotels.

Venue Access
Designed to world-class standards, DICEC has adequate provision for patrons with disabilities. WETEX strives to ensure that exhibitors maintain suitable ramp or elevator access for disabled persons and children in prams.

All exhibition halls, meeting rooms and public areas are accessible by wheelchairs, and a mandated number of spaces are also reserved for handicap parking. Toilets on the ground floor and above Exhibition Halls 6, 7 and 8,as well as elevators and doorways, are designed to meet disabled access requirements. Additionally, wheelchairs for emergency needs are available at the DICEC Medical Services Centre next to Exhibition Hall 5. All facilities are easily accessible by disabled visitors, and on-site staff will work hard to meet all visitors’ needs.

DEWA organised the annual SmarTech as part of the 17th Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX 2015), to shed the light on the key challenges in the environment sector, and come up with innovative eco-friendly solutions that support the economic growth while preserving natural resources and protecting the environment.
